Total Awesome Robotic Pool Cleaner. I totally love this Robotic Pool Cleaner. Super fast charge in 3hrs. After charge I placed in the pool and let it do it magic. I watched it doing it thing and let me tell you it was awesome. It run for almost 2hrs and before the battery died it parked itself near my pool steps. Pulled it from the pool, let water drain as I checked out the pool, to my shock looked great. I open the filter door to clean filter and boy another pleasant surprise, it had sand, dirt, and debris from the sides and bottom. Like I said earlier I am pleased and love this product. I high recommend it. Check out the pics to see my results and you will see the same. The pics are after the first use. LOVE IT

big machine cleans good. it does great job of cleaning, my only beef is its a large machine so cant do stairs too well. it will climb them but will start climbing before can vacuum.

HORRIBLE customer service. I made the mistake of purchasing this in April %26 within a few weeks, it stopped working like it should. The run time is about half of what the website says. Trying to contact them is almost impossible %26 they are extremely slow to respond. After weeks of going back and forth with them, I’m about to file a BBB complaint on them %26 one with the Attorney General’s office. Walmart has been no help with is either. NOT HAPPY

Great for above ground pool with uneven bottom. I purchased this pool vacuum because of the track like wheels. The bottom of my pool is very uneven and dimpled. It does a wonderful job of vacuuming the pool and never gets stuck on any of the bumps or dimples. This vacuum climbs the walls and runs for about two hours. It takes about four hours to charge and it’s easy to clean out.

Wybot. Good looking machine. It is easy to assemble. I charged it and put it in the water. It took off and picked up the dirt band sand from the bottom of my pool and I didn’t lose one drop of water! My pool is kidney shape, it struggled to move from the center, it bumped side to side for a long time.

Batterie Efficiency. The positive side: The robot does the job, small particles, leaves, stones, nothing seems to resist it.
The negative side/frustration: It needs a more efficient battery. 4 hours of charging against only 2 hours of work!
The concept is good, but overall “can certainly do better”.

works better than expected. I have an easy up 20ft pool with plenty of wrinkles in the bottom, the larger wheels allow for it to move back and forth more easily. instead of getting stuck every 20 seconds like other pool vacs, this one has only gotten stuck once. it is also easy to take apart and clean. I would definitely recommend for anyone that has a smaller pool budget.

Nice robot for the price. I have an incline to deep end and then inclines to side walls and back walls in deep end. Handles it all. Takes about 2 hours and then parks in shallow end. 2nd picture below is cleaning the water line on the wall.
It’s been 3-4 weeks and it has worked incredible. If this changes I will update.

My bot. I’ve only had the bot for a month. so far, it does a great job. Even climbs the walls of my above ground pool. I just have to remember to put the bot into the water with the clean basket toward the wall and let it set on top the water while I turn it on. This way it doesn’t get confused once it starts its own cycle. plus it stops where it started.
The charge time is around 5 hours. The clean cycle is 2 hours. it cleans my 24x12x4.5ft pool in less yhan two hours.

Great until it stopped working. This robot was great for about 6 weeks. It started to malfunction where it would not charge. I have tried to get in touch with the manufacturer for a warranty claim for weeks now, and so far, I have not received any response. I am avoiding this brand in the future.

Doesn’t pick up nothing. I guess it will only pick up Large Leaves and large Bugs. I have Algie but it didn’t pick any of it up at all. My other Machine worked great until it stopped working. This thing is junk.

Buyer Beware! Just received our pool cleaner and could. It be more disappointed. It is used, still has particles in it from whoever had it first, has no charger and there is dirt/food on the instructions. Obviously this was returned. I have reached out to the seller and waiting for a reply. They do not have a number to call.

love this one way better than the last one we got. This one goes through big piles of leaves and cleans up dirt. pool finally looks clean after running this one. This one has great cleaning power and last the whole two hours that it claims to work. YES I would buy it again. i whave recommend it and will continue to recommend it to others.

Doesn’t go!! It arrived… we read all instructions, charged it fully for a couple days, turned it on, placed it in the pool…. It crept ever so slowly then completely stopped at the very first slight slope upward in the pool floor. We then pulled it out…. Let it drain, plugged it back in (thinking perhaps it didn’t get a full charge previously). This time allowed it to charge for 3 days just to be sure its first charge was complete….again…. Turned it on, placed in pool and the exact same thing happened! It crept sooo very slowly and stalled out at the very first tiny incline in the pool floor. Not sure if we got a dud, did something wrong or the thing just works poorly but this item is gonna have to be returned as we cannot figure out what could be wrong with it.

If You Like Flashing Red Lights, You’ll Love It! Worked once then stopped working on the second cleaning cycle. Troubleshooting is a joke. The owners manual provides zero guidance on how to rectify faults. ALL red light faults have to be handled by their service department and virtually every fault is a red light fault. I still waiting for a response from the service center (to be fair, I have been waiting a little over 24 hours). Hopefully, I’ll get it working when/if the service center responds. When it worked, it did a decent job. However, for the price I would expect the cleaner to work more than once. As of now, I don’t recommend purchasing this product.

vacuumed same area too much. when it vacuumed, it did fine. the problem was ours kept getting stuck on a stair and doing the same wall area over and over. then it would die before it did the floor. our pool is 20×40 feet. we returned and purchased the newer version of this same vacuum and it has been working beautifully!

The Apps don’t work and unit won’t sync. No information was given about the app to control the different modes so I can not switch it off only cleaning the vertical wall mode, to cleaning only the bottom mode, or cleaning both. It also can’t make it up it the walls of my pool without falling off backwards and when I put they extra floats in it ends up floating on the top of a water. There are 3 different apps that I found that say they control this model pool cleaner but the unit will not sync with any of them and none of online instruction videos show how to troubleshoot or provide specific instructions.

Broke on first use; no support. Failed during its first clean, and I’m not getting any support – Wybot won’t support units not bought via them or Amazon, and the seller here just points me to Wybot. Which, to be fair, is also what the manual says.

Well, I’ll start out with how excited i was to get this pool cleaner which would lighten my work load around the house! So read the instructions and put it in pool,turned it on and it was doing its thing and started going around the edging first and then it started climbing the walls which was so cool! It did a decent job and i was relieved that cleaning the pool just got easier! I cleaned it as directed per manual. But then, the next time I went to use,I inserted in pool and it wouldn’t move..so i took out and made sure it was charged…it was. Over the next few days, it wouldn’t move at all. So i did some troubleshooting and even called the helpline. Nothing worked and i was so disappointed that it cost that amount of money and i was making payments for a payment plan. So i packaged back up and was going to take back…but then Hurricane Helena and Milton hit and our house,contents,and vehicles were all destroyed. We had to be rescued as 4.6 feet of water gushed in our house. it was quite traumatizing! So,i no longer had the package to take back as our whole development Baywood Village was under 5ft of water. What really stinks is Im still paying for it! Im giving it a bad rating, not becoming of the storm,but simply that it didn’t work!

No remote and won’t go all over the pool floor, just one area back and forth. Cannot use while filter pump is running because it gets stuck over the drains. It does pick up leaves and debris and dirt really well for the areas it goes over.
