Something bent. The bike has arrived but I want to try to install it and can’t because something is bent.
so the solution is how can I exchange a new unit

Sturdy bike. I thought it would be very light like only one hand could take it, but it is heavy, the tire is 20 others r same with 26. Good package, there is one auxiliary in the foam to protect, but not 4 assembly. Need to regulate the derailleur by managing the screws, big work 4 new user. Better learn how to regulate by google videos including the brake screws. Cos small and foldable, needn’t pay more 4 bike storage. After riding, it is friendly to normal height people to brake by feet, and everything sturdy with 170lb people. I also buy some small things like bike lubricant, bike light, chain lock, air pump, cup and phone holder, seat cushion which I suggest to have, totally 20 dollars with good quality comments, now still on the way, can’t wait to assembly them. Cheap and useful one 4 commuting.

Just not worth it; very cheaply made. I have a small suv and the idea of a foldable bike sounded great—something I can pop in the back without putting the backseat down. This bike definitely underwhelms, and you’d be better off buying a $100 kids 20” bike and saving $150. The assembly wasn’t terrible, but nothing seems to line up straight—the alignment is wonky at best. I still can’t fold the mechanism that allows you to fold the bike. It sticks out, and now I’ve scraped myself twice. See photo below. It’s basically unrideable. Very rickety, as well. Will try to return.

smooth ride. so impressed with this low cost foldup bike! had to change seat for comfort, but factored that would have to occur at purchase. dolled up a bit with a portable basket and cup holder. highly recommendbike seat, but thats just part of original package so no star reduction.

Derailleur not aligned. The bike arrived quickly assembled, but not tuned. I managed to adjust the disc brakes so the front wheel can run smoothly. But I failed to tune derailleur. The tension gear is not aligned with chain, making noise all the time. I had to return it.

Excellent value for the pricing. arrived really swiftly. Excellent packaging. Simple to assemble. The seat might be a little more comfy, but it rides very nicely. It’s simple to pedal because of its low gearing, but don’t expect it to travel as quickly as bikes with higher gears. It is simple to fold up and store in the large bag that is included with the purchase. You can see a lot more places on road trips with this great bike than you could on foot!

An exceptional bicycle that is effortless to operate. Fantastic bike! It’s also easy to ride! I swapped out the seat with one that was more comfy. Folding up and putting in the vehicle is simple. I don’t use it since I had trouble putting it in the carry/storage bag. I adore this bike and heartily recommend it!

Junk!!!! Junk! If you shift, the chain never goes back on the track properly. And Walmart will give you a hard time returning this item being that it is a third party seller. Took me and hour for them to return it with online receipt and all. And I was well within the return window, I think I had the bike 2 weeks prior to xmas.
