Very disappointed. I do not think this fountain exists. I have ordered it twice, and both times have received the 50 oz fountain. I was told they are the same, and I could return it. The 50 oz and the 60 oz fountains are two very different designs. I am very disappointed, I guess my search to quench my kitties thirst continues.

My cat loves it. My cat loves it. He isfascinated with running water and is always trying to drink from the tub faucet. I saw this and thought I would give it a try. The moment I plugged it in he was right there drinking and playing in it. It isn’t noisy but does have that subtle water fountain sound. This is a must have for you cat!

We like it and our 2 cats do too. I’ve been wanting to get something like this for my 2 cats for awhile. I figured it would be a bit for them to adjust to it. Within the first few mins, 1 was drinking from it and seemed to like it. The other was pretty sketched out by it, but the next day we saw her using it. Now 2 months later they love drinking out of it. Its easy to assemble with the instructions, easy to clean, easy to fill up, and when it starts to get low you hear a slight clicking sound so we know when its time for a refill. The filters and foam filters are a reasonable price too. Really nice that you can adjust the water flow for your pet. A fill to the line with the medium flow will last us almost a week. Over all, not too bad for under $20 if you want to try out a fountain for your pet. Little tip, keep a wash cloth or something under it. Our one cat likes to spill a lot water over the side as she drinks, so it protects our vinyl flooring.

My cats love this !! I love this item my cats are drinking way more water than what they used to.
This little fountain keeps the water circulating so it doesn’t get stale and scumy from the cat saliva.
Definitely going to buy another one for the upstairs where the cats also go.
Make sure you order the carbon filters that go along with this item. I found out that if the filter isn’t changed every so often the water gets all slimy, that’s why I’m thankful I bought these filters along with the fountain.

Gets slimy after a day or two. Dont buy! Do not buy this! The “filter” just sits in the water and doesnt really filter it. Filter actually kind of floats to the top where the water stops and doesnt not stay where it should. (See pictures) After a day or two (with already filtered water), the sides get all slimy and gross. Doesnt take long at all. My cat has drank from fountains before but will not drink from this one. Must be a reason! I wouldnt waste your money on this fountain. Then I had one heck of a time trying to return it because the site recommended that I return to the store. But it kept saying it couldn’t process it and to call them. Why should I have to call? Just tell me the issue! So I tried again and this time choose “drop of at a ups store” and it went right through! WHY RECOMMEND DROPPING IT OFF AT THE STORE WHEN THATS OBVIOUSLY NOT AN OPTION?!? When I ordered it, it said it was available in store in aisle whatever. So I tried setting it to pick up. Only to be emailed not long later saying part of my order was changed. They changed it to a different fountain that I didnt want so I canceled it. Then had to re-order it and pay to ship it. Had to pay $5.99 shipping because I don’t pay for Walmart and it wasnt $30 or $35 to get free shipping.

When the water fountain arrived, it was missing the foam filter and the package for the carbon filter was open completely on one side and looked like it had been chewed on by a small animal. The fountain itself has scuffs on the top where the water collects. Some were removable and others were not. Everything else was in okay condition. Overall i am very disappointed in the quality of this product.

Buy this for your pets, you WON’T regret it. We absolutely love this fountain ⛲️ for our 2 babies. Ellen loves it, Ghost not so much, which is a surprise since he likes to drink out of the bathtub . It holds 3 1/2 bottles of 16.9 ounce water bottles. It comes with a carbon filter that should be replaced one a month, we bought refills too, it also comes with a foam filter, that has to be replaced every 2 months.

It’s not the products fault but…. The only reason I did 4/5 was so people will know that, I have 3 cats they’re indoor/outdoor- and they are terrified of this. It makes a slight hum but nothing crazy. My cats love fresh shower/sink water so I don’t understand. It’s only been about a week so I’m hoping they adjust! Easily put together, works well!

It doesn’t work. The flow it comes out is constant. Really low. Not enough to call it a fountain. It doesn’t matter if I put it to the max or lowest. The water comes out the same.

Works Great. My cat who loves to stick his head under running faucets loves this. I can now do the dishes in peace and not have to fight him for the rinse water. You do need to fill it often and clean it often as it gets kind of slimy inside and there is black sediment in the bottom of the water. I can only assume this is from the filter even though it was rinsed really well prior to use. That’s where I deducted a star. Other than that it keeps him entertained for hours. My other cat couldn’t care less about it and will still drink from the dogs water dish.

Awesome. There is enough water for both my dogs and five cats to drink and still have water left. Its tall so my big dig diesnt have to crouch down. I put a scratch block on one side so my kitten can reach it comfortably. Its a very good deal.

cats and dogs love it, large volume, great flow. large capacity, has been great for 2 dogs (Boxer and Frenchie) and 2 cats for about a month now.
desert living makes our little buddies thirsty and they love the fresh flow.
also seems to process my Boxer’s slimey addition pretty well.

Wonderful and Quiet. So this is very sturdy and my dog is 35lbs and he can’t knock it over . He tries to tho! It’s so quiet it doesn’t scare him or anything like that. Super easy to clean and he seems very happy with it compared to a stale bowl of water. I highly recommend .

Title and description incorrect. Dissappontment. This product seemed like a good deal until I realized it wasn’t quite what it claimed. The title says wireless pet fountain. However, the wire is attached permanently to the pump and cannot be removed. I also learned that the pump has no battery it must be plugged in to work. There is a long white cable coming out of the fountain that will tempt any cat or dog.
On a side note, the directions were poor and took some ingenuity for something that really doesn’t have many parts to begin with. All of assistance links go to dead websites with nothing on them. I will try this a few days but I’m concerned my dog will just chew the wire.

DEMANDING A RETURN!!! I feel like this was a used unit! I gave it as a gift to an older gentleman and it does not work! I have tried to regulate it and it will not keep running. I want to “RETURN THIS NO-WORKING” item!!!
