I do not recommend this bike it weighs a lot and the worst thing is that the seller does not accept returns and Walmart knowing that the seller does not accept returns allows him to sell expensive things now I lost my money, because the seller does not say that the bike is heavy he only sells it and does not care how much it costs to earn money to the client is unconscious

Great Ebike. The bike came almost assembled and the rest of the bike was easy to assemble. The bike had plenty of power i mostly used petal assist and it hardly used much battery. Goes up hills well with petal assist and just using throttle without assist. Seems well built. Had bike about a week and no problems.

Disappointed. My package that arrived did not include the tool kit , the front light was broken and the front tire was punctured, I do not intend on buying any more products from this company not recommended others too it was truly a waste of money .not only that it somehow took and additional whole week to be delivered

extremely poor customer service and quality! Bike arrived with damage. Bicycle seat ripped, bell broken, light not working. I emailed the seller 3 times over a week ago, and have had no reply. (yes I did check my spam box). ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from seller, even though I included the fact that that I had purchased the warranty with the bike. Worst customer service I have ever had from a Walmart order. Unhappy in Kansas!

Bike was poor quality. I was sent wrong bike order Elifine got a Vivi. Got two flats first two time took it out. So much for punch proof tires. The shift rear cable was not connected and frayed. And the derailer guard was bent so it wouldn’t shift. Bike is poor Quality so sent it back. Now gave it back to Walmart but I can’t get my money back. Walmart said nothing they can so. 580 dollars don’t risk it.

Do not buy this bike. Poorly made bike, had it for only a week before things started breaking the pedal, broke. The steering column broke. I still haven’t figured out how to fold it. Instructions are really hard to understand not worth the money.

On the second or third time riding this e-bike. The second or the third time that my son ride the bike the tire blew flat and the battery now don’t work and the battery charger doesn’t charge the battery anymore, but thank God I bought the extended warranty.

Great Bike, Great Customer Service, Eh Shipping. Amazing bike, already put 100 miles in the week I’ve had it. Goes between 26-28mph on flat ground with just the throttle and about 35-36mph downhill. It can make it up hills but you will need to pedal depending on the hill grade. I am 6′ 2″ and the bike fits me perfectly.
My longest ride was about 40 miles round trip on pedal assist level 2, using only battery completely. Takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge each battery so I would recommend a second charger.
Shipping was a pain since they used FedEx and I lost 2 days of work trying to get the package so in the future I would like to have the option to choose another shipping provider.
My bike did come with a damaged upper battery bracket and a few small scratches but customer service was extremely helpful, within a day they gave me a partial refund and sent me a new battery bracket which was easy to replace myself.
Here is a picture of the bike, though this was still while I was waiting on the top battery bracket replacement hence the zip ties. They are no longer needed.
Will buy more Engwe products in the future to review.

The M1 PLUS 27.5 electric mountain bike has impressed me with its powerful performance and long battery life. With the 36V 12.5Ah battery, I was able to easily ride up to 100 km, and the app control along with the 21 gears allowed me to adjust the speed to my preferences. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys long rides in nature!

Fun and cheap e-bike! I’ve had it for 3 or 4 days now and it works well, is pretty fast (28 mph while pedaling, 25 on throttle) and was easy to put together. Also arrived faster than expected. Only problem is you have to go onto youtube for assembly instructions and bike arrived with wheel stuck on pedal in packing . Minor pain to remove but after that smooth sailing. Seat is firm and probably not comfortable for long rides. For me no problem as I use it for nearby surf checks and local cruising. Super fun so far. Will update in future if I remember!

My thoughts on my Engwe M20. So far, so good. I weigh 220 and still hit 27 on a flat straight away without pedal assist. I only work a mile from work, so it’s a quick jaunt on my bike. The battery will last me all week easily. The last stretch is uphill at about a 25 to 30 degree climb, which it takes very well with limited pedaling. Im very happy with it.

Sturdy Build, But Where Are the Instructions? Four stars for the bike being very well made and super sturdy, and I got it at a black Friday deal, so it makes it better. The missing star is for the instructions, for some of the items to add to the bike that didn’t have instructions or were very unclear. The kickstand had no instructions on how to add it, plus the bolts already on there were too short of the nuts to fit on. This was the same story of the lights, but more of here is a picture of a CAD drawing, all in gray. So not helpful. Some of the features in the LED screen are missing. Says Bluetooth, but included (another version of the bike?)

the seat is not adjustable. and wouldve liked to have turn signals. bateries are very good can last many miles.
it slows way down on steep hills but pedaling gets it over the hill. overall id recommend it at 5 star. i get alot of compliments from passerby and some took pics and asked where i bought it from.? i told them Wal-Mart shopping app.
i like the e”bike alot . also got my full face helment from walmart it helps keep your face warm and dot approved for safety.

Do NOT buy this bike. Bike abruptly quit working after only being ridden 217 miles. Gave an error code which i contacted the customer service/ technical team about. It has now been over a month of going back and forth with customer service and the bike is STILL not working. Customer service will not refund me the money for the bike and continues to have us on a wild goose chase to “fix” the bike including the troubleshooting they already had us do. Do NOT buy this bike! Will break down quickly and you will not be able to get help to fix so don’t waste your money!
Bought off Walmart and since it was a Christmas present (bought when on sale) I am out of the return window for them. This bike has been broken longer than my son was able to ride it.
