The picture quality and range of this Eufy Pro monitor are outstanding. We previously owned the highly praised Infant Optics monitor, but this Eufy outperforms it in range, battery life, and image quality. While some other reviewers mentioned the monitor’s bulkiness, it doesn’t concern us. The size makes sense given the 5200mAh battery. With our usage, this monitor lasts at least two days. Excellent!

It’s comforting and convenient that I can keep the monitor on while turning off the screen to sleep, yet still hear everything and quickly wake the screen when needed. The sound quality for music and the audio features for two-way talk are excellent, adding great value. The battery life is impressive too! Just set the screen to sleep mode and lower the brightness to extend the battery even further. My only suggestion for the manufacturer would be to create a slimmer model for easier handling with smaller hands. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product; it’s just a minor complaint.

I was eager to test it, so we replaced our 2-year-old infant optics monitor with this model, and it surpassed the infant optics by a long shot! The picture is incredibly clear—even when zoomed in, I can still see her breathing. The night vision is fantastic. We have it positioned quite far from our daughter’s crib on a shelf, and the picture quality remains outstanding. There’s hardly any static or background noise at all. The monitor’s range is significantly better than the infant optics! We plan to purchase another one to use with our 2-year-old. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! We absolutely love this monitor!

I researched various baby monitor cameras and found that most had a 4-star rating, but about 10-20% received 1 to 3 stars. My first monitor only lasted 4 months before it broke. I’ve had this one for a month now, and it was easy to set up. The picture quality is very good, and while the sound is okay, the voices aren’t very clear. I’m using it for my wife, who has difficulty getting up, rather than for a baby. I’ve noticed several complaints about short battery life, which is why I wanted a plug-in option that I can easily move from room to room. I don’t use the night vision since she sleeps with me, and I’m not sure about the battery life since it’s usually plugged in.

Perfect. The set up is so easy on the camera. The instructions are very detailed and have some troubleshooting information if you need them too. The bracket can be put at any angle that you need it to be. The swivel is smooth and quiet and the picture quality is great. I’ll be using this as a security camera and I’m pretty excited that I was able to find one at the quality for the price.

I was looking for a straightforward and reliable monitor to help wake us up, and this one does the job perfectly. I particularly appreciate the ability to set different volume levels for audio and for the alarm. I’m also pleased that it doesn’t have Wi-Fi or cloud connections, as I don’t want video of my child stored online. My only complaint is the lack of an indicator to show whether the base station is on, asleep, or off, so just be cautious with that.
Our base station had a problem where it wouldn’t power on, which was frustrating, but Eufy provided live customer service over the weekend, and I received a replacement unit the very next day. I’ve owned many Eufy/Anker products, and this was the first issue I’ve encountered, but their prompt service definitely made up for it.

I appreciate this baby monitor because it doesn’t connect to the internet or upload video to any remote servers. Another advantage is its plug-and-play design; simply plug in the power cable for the camera and turn on the receiver—no WiFi setup required. This makes it incredibly convenient for use when visiting family or friends. The battery life is impressively long (lasting multiple weeks for us, though we use it only occasionally), and even with regular use, you can expect several days of operation as long as the display isn’t on constantly. Additionally, you can set the receiver to automatically display the video feed when the baby cries, thanks to the VOX mode in the menu. The only drawbacks I’ve noticed are:

Constantly reconnecting. It was great at first but it is constantly disconnecting from the internet so it stops working every 36 hours or so and we have to restart the camera. It is quite annoying. The app itself we have to restart every 30 minutes or so to get a “consistent” visual.

The Best Eye In The Sky Money Can Buy. My favorite feature is that i can check the cam anywhere and i dont have to be connected to same wifi. I like the picture quality. The Way it rotates all the way around. Also the picture taking and record feature are amazing for the moments when im at work a way from family. This is my first time purchasing a babycam and i believe i have the brand that i will stick with for life.

Wow, this monitor is a HUGE upgrade from the first one we tried (Infant Optics DXR8 Pro). Our must-haves for a baby monitor include NO WIFI connection, maintaining a camera-monitor link throughout our two-story townhome, and a clear image. The range is excellent, video quality is superb, and the sound and settings are impressive. We haven’t tested the built-in music feature yet since we use a separate white noise machine. I can even go outside with the monitor without any connectivity issues (unlike the Infant Optics, which lost signal in the same room). As long as there’s no other house between the camera and monitor, the connection holds strong! The only downside so far is that when it’s mounted on the wall above the crib, I can’t always see if she’s breathing unless she moves or kicks. When we had it on the side of the crib, I could see her breathing better, but it wasn’t the sturdiest spot for the camera.

Honestly, we can’t get it set up. What is the app? We are supposed to download because it never told us? And when we scan the QR code, it brings us to things online that have nothing to do with the camera.

Great for pets. I got this to keep an eye on my pets while I’m gone and it does the job well. It tilts and moves all around and gets all angles. Playback is easy as well. What I love the most is that there’s no lagging in the footage.

Disappointed! If I could give this zero stars I would. It doesn’t connect to certain wifi connection (5g) which is so common in households. I tried reaching out to the company for help with setting it up. Thinking maybe I’m just doing it wrong but I haven’t been able to reach anyone by phone or email and it’s been two weeks since I received my item. It moves on it own which is odd because we can get it connected to our WiFi so how and who is controlling the camera. I unplugged it and stored it away. I will be looking deeper into this company. Sure am disappointed in the product %26 service support or lack there of. This item is originally like 60-80$ and I got it for 20$. Now I know why. The low rating reviews are very accurate in describing the trouble with this camera. Do not purchase this camera. It is not safe for your home or children !

Don’t buy. Literally just kept saying wrong password please reconfigure and then it says connecting when you don’t do anything and it’s been on repeat ever since it also has no buttons to reset it so you’re out of luck if it doesn’t work
