I bought this in January and loved everything about it, but after 5 months of use, the display went out. The sound still works, but the screen is black. I attempted troubleshooting, but nothing worked.
EDIT: I reached out to customer service and they were AMAZING! I was connected to a real person immediately. They are sending me a replacement unit right away. They initially asked for the old unit to be returned, but the next day they emailed to say I could just dispose of it due to COVID-19 and to stay safe! I would definitely purchase again with customer service like that.

I am quite pleased with my purchase. After reading numerous reviews, watching videos, and conducting my research, this monitor emerged as my top choice. I specifically wanted a model that wasn’t connected to WiFi, so I excluded those options from my search. This monitor offers a secure connection, alleviating any concerns about unauthorized access. The battery life is excellent; when my baby is in her crib, I keep the monitor unplugged, and I haven’t experienced any issues. When she’s out of her crib, I recharge it by keeping it plugged in. At night, I keep it right next to my pillow while it’s unplugged. The audio quality is impressive, with no delay. The camera design is aesthetically pleasing and not intrusive at all, plus it moves smoothly side to side and up and down. The zoom feature is also a nice addition, and the temperature readings have been accurate for us. However, I do have three drawbacks: 1. The night vision isn’t optimal; I sometimes struggle to see where my baby is, especially since the camera is mounted on her dresser rather than directly above her crib. During the day, the image clarity is excellent, but it tends to get blurry at night. 2. The image on the monitor only displays for a short time. When it goes black, you have to press a button to reactivate it, which isn’t a huge problem, but there can be a slight delay in loading the image again. I’ve attached a picture showing this. 3. The buttons on the monitor make a noticeable clicking sound. While it’s not an issue during the day, it can be quite loud at night when my husband is sleeping and everything is silent. Despite these three drawbacks, they aren’t enough to make me regret my purchase; they are simply observations I’ve made. The monitor itself is very nice and has a modern look. I only wish I had bought it sooner!

I really like it to put in my girl’s room i was worry to be able to hear true the walls the other room noice but not even a beep another thing i really like is that their is no static in the parents monitor yey! i haven’t used it on battery operated cuz i don’t have a baby i just used it at night time.

Absolutely the best customer service—other reviews hit the mark! If you encounter any issues with your baby monitor, just give them a call, and they’ll assist you in resolving it. After two years, our monitor broke (it was our mistake—dropped it during the night), and when I contacted customer service, they sent us a replacement monitor for a minimal fee instead of making us purchase an entirely new monitor/camera set. I used to be a passionate advocate for the eufy baby monitor, owning two because I loved it so much and wanted my in-laws to have one too. I even persuaded my sister, a few friends, and members of my mom group to get one.
However, a couple of months ago, my sister began experiencing issues with her monitor—not the camera. It only worked when plugged in, and even then, the sound was faulty. Despite trying everything customer service suggested, she got no resolution and was given the runaround. I felt embarrassed for having recommended it so strongly because of the poor customer service.
Now I’m facing my own problem… I’ve had my monitor for less than two years, and I barely move or touch it. The kickstand has completely broken off, leaving a significant crack on the back. It’s made of cheap plastic. Each time I turn it on, I have to sync the camera and monitor, and I was told that “apparently the monitor is faulty,” but since it’s beyond the one-year warranty, they can’t help me—even though our family has purchased three baby monitors from them in the last 24 months. I’m really disappointed with this company and their indifference toward a defective product. I don’t have the budget to keep buying monitors, and I regret suggesting this to so many moms and relatives.

Crystal clear sound. First 9f all the nightlight feature is almost completely useless. Loses the signal a lot, and turns off automatically. It’s a simple baby monitor but the audio quality is terrible and so much static. Not being able to listen to the baby makes me nervous and my anxiety goes through the roof. The range that this monitor claims it has is a joke. Does not work properly and I wouldn’t use it.

Set it up immediately and it worked perfectly! I could hear my munchkin and he could hear me. It was the perfect set up, until it fell over. I bumped the dresser it was set on, it fell on the floor then stopped working. Tried everything to fix it but it’s like the wires got a short cause it sounds garbled now. Bummed it stopped working but loved it when it did work.

It is on the more quiet side. That’s really the only downfall for me. The cord that needs to be plugged in is plenty long to set it down. The two way works perfectly. We prefer the fact it has no camera because it feels safe knowing no one else could tap in and see our child. We only need to hear them and being able to clearly hear them all through the night is great! Any time they wake up crying I hear it instant because the sound quality is amazing. Setting it up was pretty simple just put it close to your child’s bed and plug it in. I put the receiver near my bed so I can have it close by me at night but I can also use it when I’m in any room of the house even outside! It definitely gives me peace of mind.

I didn’t want something that was difficult to set up, and I wanted something that was easy to travel with. The Motorola PIP11 Audio Baby Monitor was just what I was looking for. This functional product allows for audio to be heard from a far distance. I recently traveled with this, and I was able to hear all the sounds from one hotel room over. The sound quality also did not diminish with extended distance. One of the added features that I liked was the fact that it shows the temperature in the room of the baby, that way I would easily know if it was too hot or too cold. Additionally, there is a music feature, we didn’t use this, but it’s an option. Overall, great for a travel and easy-to-use monitor that offers excellent sound quality and long-range distance. I would recommend this product to others

RCA Antenna. Unfortunately I ended up not having to purchase an antenna for certain things to work, however, I was mislead from a friend of mine, not by a employee, but it was unnecessary and was n ot needed, so I’m assuming that it works as it should, I did not use it!

won’t be buying from Walmart any time soon. the monitor that was sent to me was already used by someone. the box it came in was tore up and taped back together. the power cord was unraveled and then put back into the box. then it says I can return it to any Walmart and when I took it in to the nearest Walmart they told me it had to be a super store only. I’m very angry about this whole purchase.

Very good. We have two. Our first one lasted almost 5 years before the charging cord to the parent unit started to stop charging. But in that time we also moved 3 times. So it was tossed around and everything. We got another to replace it. Has good clear sound and once fully charged lasts a long time. If you’re just wanting a simple audio monitor this works wonderful. Very reliable.

Had emergency in middle of night w ALS patient. This product really helped when we needed it . I was using it for my Dad . I was caring for him because he has ALS and one night he woke up and couldn’t move . Had we not had this monitor who knows how long he would’ve been lying there unable to move. This should be advertised as more than a baby monitor. It’s great for caring for elderly and disabled people as well . Thank you .
