Needed transportation to work, as I recently had to sell my car. Did my research on a few ebikes and came across this one. The reviews were very good but I’m always skeptical. But it wasn’t warranted because the bike is very awesome. Gets me to and from work quickly and efficiently. One of my best purchases in a long while. I don’t even miss my car so that’s a plus

Having battery issues. I bought two of these bikes. One for me and one for son. That way we can ride together. I’ve been having battery issues with mine. I charge it. I turn it on and I have 4 bars but all it takes is 20mins for it to start dying on me. One light starts flashing. Plan on returning and replacing hopefully the new one doesn’t have that issue. But besides that we love it my son is having a good time.

I love my E-bike. First off I wanted to say i really brought this E bike for my husband. He let me test ride the E bike. I fell in love with the E bike, convinced me to buy one mines was just delivered now we’re going to go ride our new E bikes together I rated 10 out of 10 you should go buy. Electric bike. The bike was rode a couple times by my little nephew he hit a bump on the sidewalk and the front fork and the company will not fix exchange or have a replacement fork for the front. I’m getting really ticked off. They just keep texting me back with no solution, not happy with the quality

Bought this for my son for Christmas and he has loved it. However, recently, the clasping mechanism that locks it into place after unfolding the bike, has been coming loose as he rides it, causing it to collapse as hes riding the bike. Today, while riding his bike from school, it folded while he was riding it and caused him to crash and injure his leg and arm. I reached out to the company so i am hoping for some resolution and that this can be fixed. Because otherwise it has been a great bike
