No instructions. I just received two twin size today. They came in a giant bag rolled and they are compressed. I opened them up and neither had any directions or paperwork whatsoever. I have no idea how long they need to sit before sleeping on so it’s frustrating. I’ll report back in a while with an updated review. It says there’s no smell but there’s definitely a little bit.

Good quality but very very firm! It’s a beautiful mattress! However, it is SUPER FIRM, so if you want a cushy bed, this is NOT for you! Even with a topper, it was way too hard for me. Super disappointing because it has great features and is well made.

I am very pleased with this matress on comfort and knowing that it is made out of healthy material that is not toxic. I liked how it was packaged, it was rolled up like a big tent, the person who delivered it left it at my door standing up which was a good thing. It is 97lbs and I was able to get it in my bedroom by using a dolly. When I got it undone it did have an odor from the plastic and I just opened the window to let it air out for about a week. The order is gone now. It’s a great price for a non toxic mattress. I’m very happy with it.

Unsatisfactory shipping condition. Queen 10″ Mattress showed up rolled up in a long, blue bag. No box as shown and as described on the website and no handles, straps or cheap wheels at one end to move it! Original Shipping label was missing and a “replacement” label was installed stating that original was damaged/unreadable. We are elderly and the mattress is heavy, large, bulky and slick due to the bag it’s in and was almost impossible for the two of us to move it as it was delivered with NO handles/straps. A neighbor had a moving dolly he let us us use, if not for that I don’t think we would have been able to get it inside and to the bedroom by ourself. It’s a good thing we only have one floor in our home! No , instructions, invoice or warranty paperwork was included. I was concerned as it arrived differently than website explains and with no paperwork at all so I contacted CS. The reply I received said they: “don’t ship in boxes (not what website states or shows) that it has handles/straps (it did not) and that it’s real easy to unpack so no instructions are sent”. (I thought there was a time period you were suppose to wait after unpacking, etc.). I replied back with a pic of the mattress still rolled up in the blue bag (without any handles/straps!) and asked if this is how they are shipped but never received another answer from CS on that. If it were easy to move for us I would have returned it due to CS lack of response. We hope that the mattress itself is fine. It looked good after “unpacking” and seems to be of decent quality. (make sure you have the soft/wool side up before you remove the final wrapper or you will have to flip the mattress). We hope it meets our needs because based upon our experience so far; even though it has a warranty returning it is likely to be quite a chore. One Star for shipping and CS “help”.

Great mattress, would recommend to my friends! I bought this mattress a month ago. I wanted to test it for that long before writing this review. My Daughter has been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now. She loves her new mattress. I’ve also laid down on this mattress when I’m reading a book for her. It’s very comfortable, I’ve fallen asleep on multiple occasions. I highly recommend this mattress.

Totally worth it. We needed a new bed (just mattress) for my son, he has allergies so I was cautious to just buy any mattress. I know nothing made of so much material is fool proof but we make the best effort to try. I found this mattress on Walmart. I prefer to make purchases with Walmart. We could not be happier with the purchase. The mattress seems very well made, It was shipped very well, nicely sealed/packed for good protection. It took a day or two to take full shape from packing, absolutely no orders or chemical smells. The mattress has a great feel like it is hugging you. It has a great firmness and supportive feel but soft. I would buy it again. We put the mattress on the original box spring we had in a sleigh bed. No issues. I prefer 11″ mattress because once you get to high it can really effect the look of how a bed fits against foot boards and head boards and difficulty getting in and out of a bed.

Cute accent chair for small spaces. Very cute, small chair, works perfectly in the small space for our bedroom. Assembly was a breeze!
It is not the most comfortable chair, the pillow is very firm. I’m hoping it will get more comfortable over time.

Gel in mattress. Latex is all natural but they infused it with toxic gel.

Mattress in a box. I love it, it’s the best mattress I have ever owned, far beyond my expectations. Very easy to assemble.

Lasted 6 months. We gave our $2000 mattress to our daughter because of the wrong support causing hip pain. Didn’t want to spend so much for another mistake. So we looked for a firm but inexpensive mattress. This one started out firm and comfortable. But 6 months later it is very soft and we sink into it. Pretty uncomfortable.
