BUYER BEWARE HORRIBLE SELLER. Seller is awful, bike CANNOT be returned to Walmart. I have issues with bike tire and they won’t issue return label. Seller wants me to ship back at my cost.

Buyer beware Walmart CANNOT do anything to help you with getting refund or helping getting item returned.

Awful awful seller

The bike itself is pretty great. I got this on a flash sale, and for the price, it’s fantastic. My biggest complaint is that they shipped it via FedEx, and FedEx (predictably) did their usual thing where they deliver it late so they can have extra time to beat the heck out of the package. Attached photo is the condition of the box as it was left on my doorstep. Amazingly, all the important bits were still inside. Some minor damage to the saddle. If I’d known in advance it was going to be shipped via FedEx, I would’ve looked elsewhere, because my experience tells me this is typical for FedEx deliveries. I wish sellers would stop using them altogether.

Good especially for us older adults. Easy to get on and off of once used to the throttle easy to control

Overall, this is a good bike! I bought this bike because it was priced in my budget range. Everything came perfect and no damage. It was delivered before the estimated time. The bike is fast but you can’t tell how fast you’re going because of not having a speedometer. It’s fun to ride but no way does it goes up 50 miles range using just the throttle on a single charge. My job is 3.8 miles from home. I can’t because I was hit by a car on my other bike. I got 16 miles out of the battery after using to and from work. So, I recommend this bike for short commute’s but not for anything longer than 20 miles on one single charge. I did contact the seller and they responded quickly and help me with a few questions I had.

Be aware this can happen (Just my Luck). The bike arrived and was not the bike we ordered. Different in many ways for the disabled family member we ordered the bike for. Their only credit is it was the right color frame. It also arrived in a box that the top AND bottom were blown out of. The delivery fella almost dropped the bike out of the box when carrying it to our porch. After getting it all assembled and realizing it was not what we ordered we called to let Walmart know about that problem while it was charging. The next day we discovered the bike was non-functional – DOA. The battery key compartment had 4 positions. When the battery was out of the bike i.e.charging-the key will turn to all of these positions: on-off-lock-unlock. BUT-when the battery is inserted into the bike battery cavity slot chute, the key will only engage to two of these positions and ON is NOT one of them!!! Thus, DOA -unusable. It appears the wrong ignition was put in but then again this is NOT the bike we ordered. We would never had ordered that kind of ridiculous nonsense key location under the seat What we ordered had a key at the handlebar location. After several weeks of back and forth with Walmart about this situation and the seller not ever contacting us once…Walmart.com issued us credit on the bike. We had to donate it and beg someone to come get it out of our living room. Hard lesson learned and I think we are lucky. Kind thanks to Walmart for taking care of their good customers. Lord knows how much we actually spend annually there until tax time. Last year it was in excess of $50K %26 I know it increased this year.
Oh, and the delivery company said they couldn’t pick up the shipment for return in a box that damaged. (Duh–they delivered it!?!) Go Figure!

Awesome Bike, but a battery issue. I absolutely love this bike. It would be 100% perfect, BUT the battery does not keep a charge very well. It may just be one of those things where a bad battery had slipped through undetected, but i only seem to get about 4 or so miles and the LCD panel shows that the battery is 3/4 used up. I’ve read a lot of really positive reviews and I really am loving the power and pick-up this bike has, and the tires and suspension are awesome so I give this ebike 5 stars even with the battery issue because i think i may have just gotten a defective battery.
But yeah, I really do love and recommend this bike to anyone.

Bike only goes for around 20 miles, not 50 when pushing it full power, I understand hills and such, but I do things like Food and Shopping Delivery, and was promised 50 miles at minimum. Next is the service, the company seems to be giving me the runaround, they asked me to send them pictures and I did of it in its box. I just want to resend it back quickly, and get my money back. Lastly, after riding it and charging it for four hours to go back out to do more delivery, the battery turns off randomly, I have not removed the battery improperly, I also keep it in a good temperature, still problematic. Didnt last for 10 minutes, and after switching the battery on and off with the key, it worked and turned off against, which most likely means a connection from bike to battery issue.

Id understand if this happened months down the road as it’s an electric bike, but Ive only ridden the bike thrice, and two times it was literally down the street to places Im close to, so it’s not excuseable.

Highly Recommend! We purchased 2 of these %26 are extremely happy with them! My husband used them to ride to his deer stands to minimize sound %26 was impressed. Our kids ride them around our neighborhood %26 campsite. They love them as well! Great battery life, no problems so far, bright headlight for evening/night, quiet, and fairly easy to assemble.

I thought I found the perfect e-bike. I have to give a credit for it being a nice ride with the tires , speed is 35 that’s not actually true but has a decent speed the handlebars also do not fold down when folding the bike. As far as the instructions that come with the bike they’re not for that particular bike if you’re not a installer or someone who build things you’re going to have problems or your going to have to pay someone to assemble it for you. The reason for saying that is that you will have to adjust the brakes and if you do not know what you are doing you’re going to have problems. It handles through the snow with no problem need a stronger battery or should I say a battery with a longer life and you have two pedal assists to get the best results. If you had the proper manual That would be explained to you it took me awhile to find the power button to turn on the bike due to not having the correct manual. I read the reviews before I purchase the item in after purchasing the item I read the reviews again and seen that a lot of people were having problems minds came in a damaged box didn’t anything seem wrong with the bike until I started riding it and the gears will not shift correctly due to the derailleur that was attached to the bike frame, come to find out that the frame where the derailleur attaches to the bike is bent due to manufactured defect or the damage on the box.

If I could give negative stars I would and I probably should have adhered to the reviews, but after much research this SEEMED like the E-bike to buy. Opening the cartons seemed fine, but when we (daughter and I) began reading the instructions it was clear putting the bike together was not going to be easy. The instructions are vague at best, but mostly not comprehendible. Well it was not easy by any means. Once put together first thing obvious was the front tire rubbing on the frame of the bike. Then when we went to ride (I purchased 2 of these) not only were both bike’s front tires rubbing, but their handle bars did not tighten thus allowing the handle bars to spin around. We did not ride because of these problems so I tried to fix handle bar problem by using tape inside of the goose neck to hopefully tighten handle bars in place. I then went to test my “fix”, which didn’t work, and while riding the bike it blew the rear tire while in a grocery store parking lot! I am now attempting to return these but had to submit my request with no idea if they will help. I will amend my review upon findings from company. However, I would not recommend their products unless they stand by them and take care of these issues. The saga continues….
