Setup is a breeze, and the app is user-friendly. You can assign names to each sensor, and depending on your preferences, the alarm can either sound or remain silent when triggered. It also sends a notification to your phone indicating which sensor was activated. Plus, there are no fees, which is fantastic!

I really enjoy this system. However, I wish the alarm was louder. In a two-story house, it’s a bit too quiet. It would be great if it could relay the alarm sound through the Google speakers or have an auxiliary alarm. Additionally, having an arm/disarm button on the main page of the app would be helpful. Overall, it’s a fantastic system, and I’m glad I purchased it.

An Okay Product. I typically don’t write negative reviews but I hope the company will improve the quality of their products. The home base serine sounds like a kids toy you can barely hear it. I had ADT for a couple years and when the alarm went off it would blow your ears off. The motion detector is very poor quality. You have to get really close to it in order to catch any motion. The reason I bought it because I have eufy doorbell camera that works well so I thought rest of products would be the same. I am thinking to return it.

Setting it up was a breeze, and I really appreciate the design and accuracy of the alerts. However, I haven’t triggered the alarm multiple times. I also admire that this company doesn’t push subscriptions on me and allows me to adjust to having home security. Since this is my first home, first security system, and first everything, I’m pleased with this product.

I strongly recommend this system! Installation is a breeze, it’s user-friendly, and drilling is not required (though you can if you want). Excellent price! The cameras and doorbell are fantastic as well!

Highly recommend. I replaced my older Wi-Fi security system with the Eufy system. It’s really that easy to install, set up and operate. Even newbies with some basic knowledge can do it. Followed directions on install, make sure your Wifi supports 2.4hz band, most routers support both 5hz and 2.4. Be patient and make sure Eufy homebase and mobile phone are both connected to 2.4 band on install and its all downhill from there. You’ll love it.

I upgraded from my previous Wi-Fi security system to the Eufy system, and it was incredibly simple to install, set up, and use. Even beginners with some basic skills can manage it. Just follow the installation instructions and ensure your Wi-Fi supports the 2.4GHz band, as most routers offer both 5GHz and 2.4GHz. Take your time and ensure that both the Eufy homebase and your mobile phone are connected to the 2.4GHz band during installation, and after that, it’s smooth sailing. You’re going to love it.

Decent hardware, bad software. Does not work with Eufy indoor cameras or Eufy light bulbs. There’s little purpose in buying “smart” things that don’t work together. Far too expensive considering the lack of compatibility and plastic components that don’t seem particularly durable.

Authentic Eufy. Easy to set-up and use. Great starter kit for home security systems. Arrived brand new with original packaging. Installation was a breeze, it took ~1hr for us to set up everything including pairing devices. Eufy app is free to download and is super intuitive to use e.g. configuring alerts, setting home/away, etc. Recommend doing your own research for your specific home security needs, but if you choose Eufy then this kit is definitely the way to go.

Perfect Kit. I bought a home, and installed this starter kit, and by far it is the best Alarm system I have installed. I upgraded the homebase to a S380 and use the one that came with as a alternate with no devices on it. One homebase is in the Master Bedroom and the second one is in the lower level. No complaints.

I purchased a home and set up this starter kit, and it’s definitely the best alarm system I’ve ever installed. I upgraded the homebase to an S380 and am using the original one as a backup without any devices connected to it. One homebase is in the master bedroom, while the other is located on the lower level. I have no complaints.

So sad it is bad. Kit included support, no support exists. The set up was safe and easy. However this is day 2 and even in off setting the alarm still rang out. Another issue is that is says we are in practice mode, which we are not. I tried calling for support got nobody, told me to email in my questions, no response. I live chatted and they said someone will be emailing me in two hours, now 12 hours later nothing has been received, spam mail box was checked as well. The home kit is great, but no support despite the app and the website saying otherwise.

Sort of OK – But Not Great. This 5-piece home alarm kit is alright (but not great) if you cannot fit a wired system, for instance in a rented house.

It is designed as a sort of “starter kit” to which additional door/window sensors, motion sensors, keypads, cameras and sirens can be added.

You need to use the free to download App in order to set things up. But this App is not, in any way, intuitive or easy to understand. However once you get the hank of the it the App does most of what you need.

You can add extra motion and entry sensors, as well as internal and external cameras. BUT you cannot add a second keypad, as they have been discontinued!

The kit ships with the old HomeBase 2 unit which you are bound to need to updated to the HomeBase 3 if you want to record anything from the cameras.

If you update to a HomeBase 3, the old HomeBase 2 unit becomes useless and cannot be even be used as a second alarm siren/sounder.

There are additional “Sirens” that can be added to the system to allow an alarm activation to be heard from other places not just from the HomeBase. Just be aware these “Sirens” are not very loud and do not accept an entry delay time to be set. So they alarm before you can disable the 5-piece alarm system.

    In summary:

A great idea, with well made hardware. But flawed due to a lack of proper add-on sirens, additional keypads and with a poorly designed App.

An incredible product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! What an amazing claim from Influenster! This 5 piece security system makes me feel so safe in my home. It’s super easy to install and I love that it comes with 2 motion detectors for 2 separate doors. The app is super easy to use and it alerts you when anything is awry! Amazing! Thank you!

Wireless. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous at first about installation.. I’m not the handiest. However, this is wireless so no holes and cutting into my wall! It even came with batteries.

Also, it’s good looking, not an eye sore on the wall.

The Eufy Security 5 Piece Alarm System is a Must have for All Homeowners. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Eufy Security 5 Piece Home Alarm System is everything you would expect it to be. Installation is very straightforward and a breeze. The included booklets, one for each device, walks you through the process. This set doesn’t include a camera and I do wish it had. I also wish it worked with Google Assistant although that’s more of a preference than a knock. This set provides everything you need to reassure you that your home is closed up. I receive notifications as the main doors open or close and an audible if either is opened when the system is armed. I love that. I highly recommend this security system. Although it doesn’t configure with my smart cameras, it does provide another layer of security that I need and didn’t have.

Purely garbage, don’t buy it. I stopped setting up very early. 2 reasons: 1. the entry sensor battery lid is like glued on it, just cannot open it by any means. 2. the HomeBase in the kit is generation 2, but entry sensor manual says the sensor can only be compatible with HB or HB E (laugh out LOUD). What a stupid product!

I have been thoroughly impressed with your security products! After shopping at Best Buy to enhance my ADT security system in my new home—originally built when my father purchased a 50,000-watt FM rock station in the DC area long ago—I found your system to be the best. This station even became the top FM rock station in the DMV (District, Maryland, and Virginia) long before the term “DMV” was popular!

Your system offered the lowest price and best performance of any digital system available at Best Buy during my search. Thankfully, Best Buy has an excellent return policy, which allowed me to return two other systems to finally discover yours. Upgrading to your system was nearly effortless!

Unlike the other systems I tried, yours was far superior, required no phone support, and worked just as promised on the box! I’m now a loyal Eufy customer for sure. If you’re in the market for a top-rated security system, this is the one to choose—no doubt about it! Save yourself some money and try Eufy first!

Installation is a breeze and takes no time at all. It works seamlessly with other devices. It outperforms the previous professionally installed system in every way. The only downside is that it doesn’t support Apple Homekit.

Eufy. Been using Eufy products for a couple years now and they have been very reliable. Once I say they had an alarm system we hopped on it. Paying $100 a year as opposed to S75 a month, how can you beat that!!! All sensors and cameras are connected on the same system and working well.

Setup issues (what else?). The unit was tricky to set up, couldn’t connect to my WiFi. I had to set it up using Ethernet cable, but when I got to set up the keypad, it asked for a PIN that I did not have, with no instructions on how to set it up or change.
I am returning it for a refund.

The price was fair, but given the delivery time and the fact that the only reason I purchased this product was that I had already bought Roku cameras, this was the primary reason I bought it. There is a similar product that is less expensive with next-day delivery.

Roku Nightmare. When i purchased the alarm system i thought it would be easy to setup. Ive purchase seven roku cameras to put around my home. All seven cameras work very well. This product was very hard to setup, and it would never setup with wifi. We tried several times to set it up and the signal just wouldn’t click. I did return it back to Walmart for a full refund.

Great Wyze hardware/Bad software/Awful Support. Would leave less stars if I could. I’ll start by saying the hardware and this unit are fine, easy to install and set up, very functional and customizable for settings and alarm purposes, if you’re looking for something to alert you and make noise for an affordable price and monitor your home yourself this is a great kit, however I would purchase it from Wyze, not Roku since it’s Wyze hardware developed for them. That being said there’s a limited amount of hardware available, so if you want more than cameras/sensors/doorbells just go directly to Wyze. My biggest problem came with the subscription service, which again was affordable but nothing but complicated to get working. First my subscription wasn’t activated until I reset and re-paired every sensor with the hub after already setting it up and then once it was finally registered after 3 days I was unable to get the certificate for insurance discount and see my subscription valid on the smart home app. Roku’s security support staff is awful and could not give me an answer as to why this wasn’t working or why the subscription initially wasn’t working and could only offer me the answer that it was a glitch and the solution was to cancel and re-subscribe. To this my remedy was to leave and go for simplisafe. To end this review, don’t buy this product if you plan to have any level of support to help you if you have a problem or god for bid a security issue that needs resolution on their end. Nothing professional about them. Buy Wyze or Simplisafe.

I would also like to mention that at the time of purchase both Wyze and Roku are completely out of extra hardware for door/window sensors and motion detectors so if you’re fine with 2 sensors and a motion detector good luck to you.

It does what I needed it to do. Overall, it was just what I wanted. It was easy to install. I’m older and not tech saavy, but was able to get this set up and connected to additional keypad and camera as well as the various lights and plugs I purchased with it. It has some quirks and a few glitches, but overall it does what I wanted it to do. I have had one keypad and an outlet spontaneously go offline, which is inconvenient. And NOWHERE could I find how to disarm your alarm at the keypad. It would be helpful if it was in the quick start guide. Overall, it gives me a little peace of mind at a decent price.
